<p>這門課共分三大主軸：</p>



<p><strong>(一) 動作設計原則設計與進退階方</strong>法： 七大功能性動作模式及器材解析，認識推、拉、蹲、髖鉸鏈、弓步、跳躍、行走動作模式分類及重要代表動作，與自由重量與機械式器材差異．從關節動作的原理出發，了解有效的核心、上肢、下肢的動作，並藉由重量、次數、組數、距離、方向、器材等訓練變數為動作設計進退階，打造自己成功訓練的起始點．</p>



<p><strong>(二) 課表練習及動作實作＆即時QA</strong>： 課堂上實戰演練重要動作、學習安全訓練姿勢．並利用訓練變數，實作設計出屬於自己的10週課表，在課後獲得教練回饋．上課有問題？即時 Q&amp;A 讓疑問馬上獲得解答！</p>



<p><strong>(三) 打造強健的訓練心智與健身習慣</strong>：以心理學策略，檢視自己的訓練思考框架，打造能夠落實目標的習慣與心態．學習如何以SMART方法為自己設立有效的健身目標，並且規劃自己的課表</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3/31 美國UT Austin 運動生理博士班教育部公費留學申請線上Live訪談 </strong></h2>



<p>本次對談邀請到的來賓是Sam Chen 陳林生。Sam 是台大運動設施與健康管理碩士及ACSM-CPT教練，今年暑假將去美國UT-Austin攻讀運動生理博士，也是教育部公費留學獎學金-運動與健康學門的108獲獎者。Sam將在本次的線上Live對談中與我們分享他運動科學博士班的申請過程、教育部公費留學獎學金面試分享，並回答聽眾們的問題。</p>



<p>這次線上對談會以Zoom群組會議方式進行，前75分鐘我會和Sam進行主要的問答，聽眾則會以靜音方式加入線上會議室（可自由選擇是否開視訊鏡頭），最後15分鐘開放大家與Sam直接進行Q&amp;A.</p>
