<p>In this episode, I interviewed my awesome coach in Mexico-<strong> Mariana Fletcher</strong>! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="about-mariana">About Mariana</h2>



<p>Mariana co-founded <strong><a href="https://www.instagram.com/movement__mexico/">Movement Mexico</a> </strong>with Jonathan Fletcher in Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico. She has a B.A. in Performing Arts. She&#8217;s a certified yoga teacher under Yoga Works, a certificated Acroyoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner. She has been practicing under the guidance of Ido Portal for 6 years. Her interests also include traditional African dance and is a blue belt in jiujitsu.</p>

<p>自從去年農曆過年開始準備遊牧的各種事項：賣傢俱、打疫苗、收行李、搬離台北回台中和家中兩老說再見，到現在在台中完成這篇回顧時，自西班牙、美國、墨西哥遊牧也差不多將近一年了．雖然說自從30歲那年決定<a href="https://curiousbarbell.com/tech-to-coach-career-transition/">從科技業轉職當健身教練</a>後人生變動的劇烈程度大概是有生之最，但開始數位遊牧的 2020年又創了另一個新的巔峰，除了因為podcast 讓我認識了改變我人許多改變我對人生想像的好友外（謝謝你們！），也意外在西班牙創了<a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/666490810818917/">運動科學海外人社團</a> 、回到美國後和在澳洲Wei教練辦了第一場的<a href="https://curiousbarbell.com/courses/">「做自己的健身教練課程」</a>的先導工作坊．一直到後來到經歷burnt out、在水壩露營區的營火中找回初衷，並在墨西哥的海邊小鎮開始冥想的<a href="https://www.instagram.com/meditativecreation/">曼陀羅繪畫</a>，和在<a href="https://www.instagram.com/movement__mexico/">Movement Mexico</a>找到現階段最適合自己的訓練形式．</p>



<p>而這一切都在從單身踏入婚姻的新婚狀態、在全球疫情中同時在世界不同角落不斷遷移的過程中發生！今天這篇是個非常長的回顧，希望能藉由我的經歷，給同在訓練與作為solopreneur (自雇者）的紅塵中打滾的大家一些鼓勵．</p>

<h1 class="wp-block-heading">數位遊牧的動機</h1>



<p>作為某國立台灣大學最嬉皮的外文系畢業生，我的骨子裏的就和其他同窗好友一樣．留著想要流浪的血液，這個想透過學習不同文化框架不斷挑戰自己既有的價值觀、翻轉「一定要以什麼樣的方式生活」、「一定要以什麼標準衡量人際關係和人生價值」的慾望，在讀了Tim Ferriss 的每週工作4小時」第一次接觸到了數位遊牧的概念，並在轉職健身教練前第一次獨自去清邁旅行時親自認識了當地來自德國、西班牙、瑞典的遊牧人們後，發現這個概念能夠被真實實踐的可能性．</p>



<p>可惜那時對於自己何時能過這樣的生活完全無法想像，對比周遭的人我的想法太幼稚又不切實際．直到在台灣遇到了與我的價值觀非常相似，也是digital nomad、現在的人生伴侶<a href="https://think-boundless.com/">米寶</a>，並認識他在世界各地認識的有者非常特殊價值和生命經驗的遊牧朋友、以及根本是社會學課本教科書上才有的理想是社群後，我們才決定結婚並一起開始遊牧生活．抱者在異地建立能夠屬於我們的獨特社群的理念，帶著我剛起步的好奇槓鈴podcast，離開台灣、一同前往第一個目的地西班牙的Canary Island．</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">一、遊牧生活是對理想社群的建構與解構</h3>



<p>在遊牧時遇到疫情在全球爆發，和不同國家的人一起閉關經歷封城一個多月，在封閉小島上接受疫情的衝擊，到美國對於疫情措施非常分離的社會、再到幾乎沒有案例的墨西哥熱帶海港，這一路上當地社會對疫情的回應和每日相應的活動形式都呈現者非常不同的樣貌，也很容易引出那些在路上遇到的人們不容易看到的那面．慷慨地、自私的、caring的、冷漠的，這都和我們所想像的以慷慨和愛所建立的社群是非常不同的．</p>



<p>我希望能透過認識來自不同文化的digital nomad 挑戰自己原本的價值觀，不管是home schooling、建立互相扶持的社群、重新檢視工作價值等．我想像每天都是深刻的對話，一起煮晚餐、一起聊聊生命至關重要的事、一起探索建立不同人生價值的可能性．但一路上遇到的人們除了追求不同工作和生活形式的自由外，其實想法和社會主流非常類似的-為大公司工作是值得驕傲的事、缺乏對人際關係理想化地願景，沒有晚餐的人生思考沙龍時間、大部分的人還是以啤酒間屁話或熬夜打電動為人生樂事．這些都和我對數位遊牧的社群生活的想像有非常大的差異．</p>



<p>雖然後來在Puerto Escondido 找到了我的社群，但漸漸地我也才理解，是自己把數位遊牧社群想像的太單一了，我忘了不管是種族、文化還是特定生活形式的事情，同質性本來就是自己想像出來的；每個人都是獨特的個體，那些曾經遇過的美好人類之所以美好是因「他們是誰」，而不是因為他們是digital nomad．也因此，我學會了不要對生活抱有太僵化的期待，也真正懂得珍惜那些一路上遇到的那些獨特的美好靈魂． </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">二、產出的 Podcast 很多，吸收的知識卻太少</h3>



<p>一開始想辦podcast，是因為我從 podcast上吸收到的各種思考框架完全翻轉了我對於自我人生敘事和這個世界的思考框架，並幫助我獲得進行促成人生大改變的各種小實驗的勇氣．但開始好奇槓鈴Podcast後，我卻太埋沒於製作podcast的流程，加上自己編輯音檔時就是不斷處於聽進聲音的狀態，開始對生活中再聽別人的 podcast 感到疲乏．</p>



<p>結果就是一年下來累積聽的podcast大概不到辦podcast前一個月聽的量．不斷的再產出，吸收得卻太少；以至於到最後對於自己的看法也覺得了無新意：一直在講類似的人生主題、切入觀點也不斷重複．缺乏創新，製作podcast 成了變相的重複行政流程，自己覺得無法帶給聽眾新的幫助，在自我成長上也好像停滯了，以至於有時無意拿起一本新書的隨便看幾句話、都會有腦袋大翻轉的感覺．</p>



<p>因此今年的目標是：重新分配產出和學習、吸收新資訊的比例．在跟上產出進度的同時，也要放慢腳步、留時間給新的podcast、書和不同的交流活動，讓這些腦袋重新汲取養分，再回饋到產出的作品中．</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">三、學會察覺並掌控自己的情緒狀態</h3>



<p>一年前我參加了米寶關於重新檢視人生和工作價值的課程 <a href="https://reinvent.think-boundless.com/">Reinvent</a>，聽到很多人深信「工作一定要很痛苦（suffering)，不然不算是工作．」這樣的觀念，感到非常不可思議- 這根本是受虐狂吧？工作的時間佔了人一生快1/3， 工作當然是要追求熱情跟快樂呀！</p>



<p>但是在年中一場 Burnt Out 以後，聽到<a href="https://open.spotify.com/episode/3uG49y2vtG5I2iv48HJmzx">PTA Global 創辦提醒運動產業創業者要學會覺察工作時情緒狀態的訪談</a>，我才驚覺自己就是工作就是要suffer的信徒！當我想到編寫一個訪綱、剪輯 podcast或編寫線上課程教材的時候，如果我沒有給自己壓力、要求自己要正襟危坐、戰戰兢兢的完成待辦事項，或者沒有為了工作小熬夜或犧牲午晚餐的時間，我就不算有認真工作，就對不起好奇槓鈴的聽眾、節目來賓、或是上課的學生！這個「工作感覺到有壓力，才算是有認真的工作．」也是造成去年後來年中大 burnt out 的最主要原因．</p>



<p>意識到這樣的工作信念，是翻轉我與工作的關係的新起點．在數個月下來、不斷地練習控制自己在工作時的情緒狀態後，我已較能在不感到自我批判的壓力、放鬆而專注地進入心流地工作．</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">四、老梗才是真理：健康和愛才是生命最重要的事情</h3>



<p>在西班牙封城前米寶去拔了顆牙，在封城的40幾天裡，我們每天都在有小和尚雕像的陽台，望著近在眼前卻沒有機會造訪的紫色夕陽下的山丘；好不容易等到解禁的第一個禮拜，我們終爬上那山丘、好好的看看Las Palmas城市的風景．沒想到當天早上回家後，米寶昏睡了一個下午，然後就開始了因為拔牙感染、長達好幾個月的身體免疫和神經系統的抗戰．我們看了超過十位的牙醫、神經科醫生，沒有任何醫生能解釋米寶的症狀（直到最後我說服米寶去看了紐約一位牙醫背景的NKT老師才得到一些可能性的推估）．這段期間裡，我們每天都筋疲力竭的在摸不透的西班牙醫療機構和語文間週轉，回到美國後更變成處理驚人的醫療保險費問題．</p>



<p>在那幾個月，我突破了好幾個好奇槓鈴的里程碑，但工作面上的成就感總是抵不過看到自己的伴侶因為健康狀況的擔憂．雖然我們從來沒有辦婚禮，但電影裡證婚人主持婚禮時所說得「for better, for worse &#8230; in sickness and in health」每天都在新婚的我的腦海裡迴響．如果生活中不能好好的愛所愛的人，得到再多所謂的創業家身份的徽章也有什麼意義呢？現在的我很感激米寶已經在恢復的路上，而這一段經歷也讓剛開始建造自己新工作身份的我，更警惕當愛和工作在角逐我的時間和關注的時候，愛永遠都要擺在第一位．</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">五、好奇槓鈴是個人還是品牌</h3>



<p>在前半年開始經營好奇槓鈴時，我總對如何呈現自己有不合理的期待：覺得「專業」地經營品牌「應該」要乾淨的將個人和品牌切割，包括「應該」以「專業無情緒」的主持人口吻進行訪談、要發健身品牌粉絲會看的貼文、不要講太多關於自己的事，或者如果對於經營或人生遇到挑戰也盡量不要透露自己真正的想法．</p>



<p>但是在大burnt out後、離開社群媒體閉關反思的某一天，我在荒涼的美中一個州立國家公園裡一晚6美元的營地露營．我們煮完泡麵後，就靜靜坐在營火前聽著昆蟲的叫聲，慢慢看著一根根丟進火堆裡的樹枝、接二連三的燃燒成灰燼，我突然感覺：「阿，人生的各種名聲、事業、收入的外殼都撥掉後不就也是這樣嗎？只剩下自己和自己的呼吸、以及眼前當下正在發生的人事物而已啊．」</p>



<p>突然間我發現我不想再為一個自己「想像的品牌的樣子」生活了，如果不能好好以自己想要的方式生活，那拒絕企業穩定的薪水、承擔自己工作的風險又有什麼意義呢？現在我只做真心想做的企劃、只寫真情流露的文章．看書或進修不再只因為經營一個健身品牌我「應該」這麼做，而是我「真心」想學習得做的選擇．</p>



<p>雖然下了這個決定後社群媒體成長得很慢，產出也不如以前的多，但我可以很高興的說：現在的我想到好奇槓鈴是感到驕傲並且期待的，而不是想到好奇槓鈴就想逃跑；我也能有信心的說，在這改變的路上才會真正結交到因為認同我的價值而認識的朋友，而不是吸引只想滑手機滑過一個不具靈魂、任何人都可以取代的健身平台的 follower 而已．</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">六、Global or Local? 數位遊牧的難題</h3>



<p>在看完 <a href="https://sive.rs/local">Derek Siver “You don’t have to be local“ </a>的文章後，我也發現線上或線下社群是決定我的生活滿意度很重要的關鍵．我想很多經營「有線上社群的個人品牌」的 digital nomads 們，應該都會遇到這樣的困難點：當線上活動進行得如火如荼時，關掉電腦後發現自己做的事跟當下的生活好像有點疏離．沒錯，選擇數位遊牧型態的好處就是你可以在任何地方生活，而收入來源卻不限於所在的國家．但可惜的也是儘管你可以透過線上工作認識世界各地的朋友，但卻很難讓他們成為你線下生活的一部份，甚至因為時差的關係常常犧牲睡眠來辦活動，或需錯過當地大家社交的聚會的機會．</p>



<p>有時候我覺得線上虛擬活動太多，已經和當地生活快要脫節的時候，就會暫時離線一段時間．不過如果工作和生活圈完全轉為local，又會覺得生活不夠多樣化．有時幾個禮拜沒做訪談或辦線上活動，就會覺得好像生活被匡在一個小泡泡裡，跟世界切斷了連結．這時候就會很期待在和線上的朋友見面，提醒自己仍舊屬於一個廣大的跨國社群．</p>



<p>慢慢的我也了解到，對我來說，不可能將生活調整為100% 的 local 或100%的 global；但是如果能維持在70% local、30 % global，會是最理想的狀態．接下來就是要去思考要怎麼樣打造這樣的狀態呢？</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">七、「你現在在做什麼呢？」- 不要急著把自己標籤</h3>



<p>開始遊牧後，當別人問起「你的工作是什麼？」，我總找不到一個最好的答案回答．是健身教練嗎？我還在進修各種證照，但已經一段時間沒教課了．是podcaster嗎？我有在做podcast，但那不是我的主要收入來源．也許可以用solopreneur 或自雇者這種含糊不清的詞來概括，但這有回答跟沒回答好像也沒什麼兩樣．</p>



<p>一開始只要被問到這個問題，我的存在焦慮感就會大爆發．<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IFwr6jDEks">在離島人節目上分享遊牧經驗</a>時，主持人依榛問我「作為健身教練要怎麼游牧呢？」，那時我才突然懂了，「用職業來理解一個人的存在」也許很方便，卻抹殺了認識這個人（或自己的更多可能性）．當我們離開學生身份後，就會再跳到職業蘿蔔坑裡，就連 tinder 的自介檔案裡，職業也被放在名稱後的第二重要順位（笑）．然而如果一個人對於世界保持不盡的好奇心，怎麼可能讓已經挖好坑的職業來定義他呢？</p>



<p>用職業定義自己最危險的，就是極可能忽略了自己看到不同人生樣貌的可能性．當我還在科技業時，最害怕轉職就是那時以為「如果我當了健身教練，那我就不能做研究、不能玩市場調查、不能去 networking events 認識很酷的不同背景的女性」等現在想起來很荒謬的「不可能」．當時的我，也是因為自己以「社會定義那個職業該有的生活方式」來想像人生，認為做了一個選擇後，就要放棄其他自己也想要蓬勃發展的面向．好險我當教練後除了健身教練「份內」的事-賣課、上課，我還非常「不務正業」地學了不同的網路工具、跑去做 podcast ，並因此認識美好的人們、得到各種以前從未想像過的工作機會．</p>



<p>經過了一年，我開始對這種沒有明確自我定義的狀態感到較為自在，並且感到焦慮的時後，不再藉由急著「幫自己貼標籤」找到確定感，而是慢下來問自己的心到底想要的是什麼? 當自己說「不再想要某種身份」的時候，問問自己是因為不再有興趣嗎？還是恐懼自己做不到而找的藉口？我也了解到，如果想要過這種充滿不確定（但100% hell yeah!）的生活，最重要的不是學會某個特定重要的技能，而是「 unlearn (忘記、拋棄）」的能力-隨時都準備好拋棄過去學到的觀念、方法或世界觀，快速地改變、往自己重新選擇的方向邁進．</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">八、不管做什麼，一定要好玩！</h3>



<p>這大概是今年最重要的心得，也是貫穿前面提到所有反思的核心領悟！其實這句話是<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mC-RFsAmZko">物理治療師思翰</a>在訪談時分享的，那時我以為自己有聽懂，但後來也是花了一年，才體悟到「人生不管做什麼，一定要好玩」這個想法有多麽的激進 (radical)！</p>



<p>雖然我自認為已經很放得下追求世俗紅塵的名利地位這件事（撥髮），但還是時時忘記在離台遊牧前看到哭得唏哩華拉的 <a href="https://vimeo.com/ondemand/becomingnobody">Becoming Nobody</a> 所說的：「我們活著時，都忘了自己的各種身份、所有努力的偉大計畫，都只是一個穿著的 spacesuit，當我們結束了最後一口呼吸，也必須脫下這個spacesuit，什麼都帶不走．而我們一生真正所能擁有的，是我們在日常生活中所體驗的當下每一刻的感受．」</p>



<p>如果不好玩，做任何事又有什麼意義呢？雖然知道這個道理，但還是在日常生活中為了敢某個自己主觀設定的死線、壓力超標亂爆氣；早起在墨西哥美麗海灣浮淺時，想著podcast訪綱還沒準備根本忘了自己就在海水裡；或者像現在-大年初二為了寫這篇回顧文沒，有好好享受回台過年、陪伴家人感到罪惡（擦汗）．「不管做什麼，一定要好玩！」這個聽起來很任性的想法，卻真的是一個人可以做得最激進的人生選擇啊！這其實也和先前提到「控制當下情緒狀態」有關：我們可以做的是同一件事，但選擇以非常不一樣的情緒狀態和心流程度完成．</p>



<p>因此今年，還有往後人生的每一年每一日每一刻，最重要的任務都是學會在人生所有情境裡，「不管做什麼，一定要好玩！」．</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">訓練終於卡關的那天</h2>



<p>記得那天第一次接觸地板動作 (ground communication) 的時候，我怎麼樣也無法做出教練示範的前滾和後滾翻，眼看其他同學們的一個個不知翻滾到哪裡去，我還搞不清楚肩要內璇還是外璇、而頭又要擺在軀幹相對位置的那一點!? 老師明明提醒把腳畫過空中的時，要記得藉由保持核心發力、脊柱屈曲，才能畫出如舞蹈般的完美曲線並像羽毛一樣輕柔落地；但我只發現自己尷尬地被折兩半，頭卡在肚臍前方動彈不得，好不容易掙扎出這個困境後，也只聽到自己ㄆ ㄧ ㄚ 一聲摔到地上硬梆梆的聲音．</p>



<p>我一直很享受挑戰新的動作模式時的新鮮感，但那天下課我邊騎機車邊飆淚．原本那天晚餐想去有機店買健康食物做晚餐，結果直衝快餐店怒點垃圾食物自暴自棄，覺得自己根本不是訓練的料！</p>



<p>但是沒幾天我就豁然開朗的從谷底爬出，原因就在於平時冥想打造了我強健的心智！什麼都打不倒我！</p>



<p>才怪！我也希望冥想這麼有用，但能夠恢復原本的積極正向，單純只是因為：</p>



<p><strong>月經結束了．</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">忘了放進週期訓練裡的變數-經期賀爾蒙</h2>



<p>在30歲以前，經期對我來說並沒有太大的影響，我沒有特別的情緒變化、也不太有經痛，頂多只是一些生活上的不方便而已．但是這一兩年，在好多個月都莫名陷入極度憂鬱又突然間惑然開朗的擺盪後，我才發現原來經期時的賀爾蒙變化已經嚴重地影響了我的生活．</p>



<p>每日練習的冥想在一般情況下，都能讓我沈住氣去觀看自己情緒的改變：在要說出傷人的話或讓 ego 佔上風之前，就會先意識到心智的把戲，拍拍他的頭便能叫他退回角落去．但賀爾蒙佔上風的情況下，平時的冥想根本也派不上用場．原本沒什麼大不了的小事，在此時就可讓我一秒暴怒！當情緒的波浪被挑起時，我根本還來不及反應，就彷彿以第三人稱的視角、看到自己在對伴侶亂發脾氣；平時是「有意識地控制自己的情緒反應」，在這種黑暗時期則是「有意識地選擇讓無意識奪得掌控權」- 換句話說，就是擺爛，看到自己想生氣就生氣、想抱怨就抱怨，根本拿自己一點辦法也沒有．</p>



<p>對別人發脾氣就算了（喂話不是這樣說吧！），最難受的是無法抵抗的憂鬱．這種憂鬱跟平常的心情不爽快不一樣，心情爽快時人生的顏色仍是明亮的；但經期來的時候卻像是有千斤重的烏雲壓到自己的頭頂上一樣，是種揮不去、逃不走、明知自己不是這樣悲觀的人卻又無法自拔地深陷谷底的窒息感．</p>



<p>剛開始我還不知道這是賀爾蒙作祟時，真的非常絕望，我懷疑是不是自己本質有缺陷，導致我陷在這樣的情緒裡面．當同樣的模式不斷出現後，我才驚覺原來是經期在作祟！雖然能開始分辨日常挫折和經前憂鬱，並能開始透過記錄週期變化，理性上告訴自己告訴自己當下的絕望感應該是賀爾蒙引起的，不要對這樣的憂鬱產生依附情節，但最後終究抵不過賀爾蒙幫我架設好的圈套（怎麼感覺像分手戀人的歌詞？）！</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">訓練的意志終究抵不過賀爾蒙的威力</h2>



<p>這就好像在經期來臨前，賀爾蒙就已經幫我在憂鬱閉關所登記了我的位子，荷爾蒙接管時，我就只能乖乖地踏入那個負面牢籠裡，用悲觀的窗戶濾鏡來看這個世界．</p>



<p>平日的安吉和藹可親、正向積極，對人生充滿希望、懂得欣賞生活中平靜美好的片刻，記得停下來和路邊的小樹小花說話．在早晨的時刻聞到伴侶的咖啡香對於兩人生活感到感激，在晚上時聽到鄰居傳來的拉丁美洲音樂感到遊牧生活的珍貴美好．在西班牙文課上驚訝自己又比上禮拜進步了多少、在騎車經過海灣的無敵海景時發出年輕時在墾丁騎車過南灣的吶喊，並期待今天的movement 課可以發現什麼自己新的弱點並透過練習變得更強．</p>



<p>經期來襲的安吉沒有憐憫心，他變成個最尖刻的龐大怪獸，用史上最黑暗的負面濾鏡，把白的說成黑的，把美的說成醜的，把生命的辛苦實踐批評地一無是處．他忘了停下來關注自己的呼吸、忘了路邊一株株的生命還是綠意盎然的活著，他討厭必須和另一個人共享生活空間、厭惡晚上鄰居吵得無法安寧的噪音，在西班牙文課時只注意到自己又忘記了怎麼用某個文法，在騎車經過海灣時也被思緒埋沒，根本忘了抬頭看一眼在陽光下閃閃發亮的藍色海灘！</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">不只是健身，連創業和家庭都不放過</h2>



<p>平時對於世界和自己充滿憐憫和同理心的我，也被拒於牢籠之外；取而代之的，是最嚴厲、刻薄的安吉（我本人），一天24小時用最狠毒的話語監控自己，並時不時提醒自己有多差勁！在這個時期，遭殃的不只是周遭與我互動的人，也包括依附在我人生的不同身份-作為伴侶的安吉、作為女兒的安吉、作為podcaster 的安吉、作為獨立自雇者（solopreneur) 嘗試創業的安吉，當然也包括作為教練的安吉和作為愛好訓練的安吉．比如說：</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>平時的安吉覺得自己富有創造力並且生活色彩豐富，能夠學習不同種的繪畫、訓練方式; 經期來襲時的安吉只覺得自己不務正業，自以為在學藝術實則做出的成品根本是兒戲．</li><li>平時的安吉對於podcast一路上能認識的好友和聽眾的回饋感到感激;；經期來襲時的安吉覺得自己辜負來賓、辜負聽眾、做出的podcast根本不會有人想聽</li><li>平時的安吉讚歎這一年勇敢舉辦過的工作坊、讀書會、與學到的各種創業知識；經期來襲的安吉覺得自己所謂的創業根本也找不到穩固的收入模式的失敗者而已</li><li>平時的安吉活蹦亂跳並不時的假裝自己是猴子或火雞、以擁抱攻擊伴侶或在地上打滾撒嬌；經期來襲的安吉指覺得自己是不值得被愛的渣渣、整天只想躲在被窩裡以淚洗面或放生自己浪跡天涯</li><li>平時的安吉覺得自己是溫暖愛家的女兒；經期來襲的安吉覺得自己儒家棄之如敝屣的不孝女，自己一人出去遊蕩世界把兩老留在台灣孤獨相依．</li><li>平時的安吉遇到訓練知識上不懂的問題，會對自己說哇好棒呀！我又獲得了一個學習新知識的機會！經期來襲時的安吉只覺得ㄋㄊㄇ的在搞什麼、為什麼還會有不知道的知識憑什麼說自己是教練（指）!!!!</li><li>平時的安吉在訓練時就算重量挑戰失敗也覺得勇氣可嘉；經期來襲時的安吉只要晚到訓練場地５分鐘就覺得自己根本不是訓練的料，應該從此放棄訓練隱居山林．</li><li>平時的安吉知道應去鎮上的自然食材店Maringa買健康食物；經期來襲時的安吉只想去路口的中式快餐店狼吞虎嚥油膩膩的麵條自暴自棄</li></ul>



<p>那些平順日子裡願意面對的人生癥結，刻意逃避尚未解決的難題，都在經期來襲的日子裡化為對自己與他人產生猛烈攻擊的洪水猛獸．雖然我知道平時快樂與正向的自己是什麼樣子，也知道經期結束後，接著的總是爆發性的創造力和對於未來的美好願景，但被關在黑暗牢籠裡的安吉，就像是記憶被洗掉了一樣，誤以為自己的本質就是個絕望的深淵．</p>

<p>對我來說，這樣的情形在沒有足夠的機會運動時更嚴重．我指的不只是有規劃的訓練，而是任何活動身體的機會！在全球疫情大爆發時，我們在西班牙度過封城，那時覺得自己就像被困在自己的身體裡一樣，什麼事也做不了（事實上我們確實也是困在各自的身體裡沒有錯），然而在墨西哥的 puerto escondido 幾乎感受不到疫情存在的海邊小鎮，戶外的訓練機會變多，我也開始參與密集的訓練．雖然非一般重訓規劃的漸進式負荷，但已經改善經前憂鬱非常多，在經期時雖然還是會瞬間發現自己已經被關到牢櫳裡，但卻是個較為人道的牢籠，我還看得見外面的陽光，而兇狠刻薄地安吉雖然偶爾會來巡邏，卻不會一直都盯著我的活動．</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">與經期憂鬱和平共處的最佳方式</h2>



<p>漸漸地，我也趁這樣的難得機會，認真紀錄哪些是經期來襲時，能讓我能脫離牢籠呼吸生命本來美好的空氣．這些事包括：</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">(1) 做比平常還要長時間的冥想練習</h4>



<p>如果平時只做10、15分鐘的冥想，在被思緒騷擾到一個絕境時，大概需要騰出一個小時的冥想時間，才能慢慢得進入與思緒分離的狀態．冥想結束時，雖不是立即的豁然開朗，但至少能接受現在這樣低潮地狀態，讓自己平靜的觀看看憂鬱的情緒，和他和平共處，而不被他綁架．</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">(2) 進行「內在家族系統」（IFS-internal family system）的冥想練習自我對話</h4>



<p>內在家族系統療法主張 「人的心智並不是會偶爾失控的單一主宰。它是一個複雜的系統，由幾個『部分』組成。這些『部分』會相互影響，而且有各自的看法，就像我們內在的家族一般──有受傷的孩子、衝動的青少年、嚴格的成人、吹毛求疵的父母親、關心你的朋友和照顧你的親戚等等。」（原文摘自IFS自我療癒法：呵護內在小孩的整合之旅一書)．是一個與不同面向自己的進行自我對話、並透過認識不同身份自己的內心深層想法，進一步解開一個難解的人生或情緒的結的方式</p>



<p>舉我的例子來說，當情緒低潮時，我會使用IFS，請認為自己一輩子都無法把某間特定事做好的那個安吉，和我一起促膝長談，並再去追溯被困在那個思緒裡的自己是幾歲的自己，提醒他我已經長大囉，該更新一下他腦袋中所認知的的安吉資料庫囉！這大概是影響我最深的冥想方式之一．</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">(3) 運動、運動、運動！</h4>



<p>就算在遊牧生活無法像在台灣固定上健身房一樣，進行較有系統的訓練，時不時地也在不同國家遇到封城，也要持續地保持身體的活動！不只平時在訓練後是我生產力最旺盛、以及專注力的最高峰，這些身體的活動也會正向回饋到經期來襲的時間，並讓我能夠從負面的自己奪回一些主導權．</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">(4) 找一個能讓你進入心流的事情，把自己從腦袋裡引出</h4>



<p>經期來襲時最慘的是完全被腦袋困住，被恐懼淹沒到完全提不起重要事項的勇氣．那有沒有一件事是較無關緊要、你卻能專注其中，進兒把你從腦袋裡拉出的呢？對我來說是邊聽podcast邊畫不斷重複圖樣的曼陀羅石頭．如果可以的話，開始觀察平時哪些事情最能讓你進入心流，在經期來其實讓他當你最好的抒發管道．</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">(5) 不再與憂鬱地自己對抗，而是找到方法與他和平共處</h4>



<p>以前我嘗試想要和黑暗的烏雲對抗，嘗試想讓自己感到「快樂」或「正向」，但這樣的掙扎換來的只是更加挫折．現在的我願意接受當上述方法都還行不通的時候的低潮狀態，承認現在自己是低潮的沒有錯，但告訴自己這樣的低潮不是自己的錯，並且與他共處．</p>

<p>曾郁嫻老師是運動員、也是台大教授，在台大開設運動與性別及籃球、重訓等多門運動課程．他曾到全美大學體育協會（NCAA）實行，並執行全球運動督導計畫（GSMP）的女力We Can 專案系列計畫．</p>
